  • If I fill in the form and I locked in to sending my jewelry?
    No, after you fill out the form, we will send you the Fast Cash Package. You can then decide if you would like to continue and send your jewelry. This decision is completely up to you - no obligation.
  • How do I know this is safe and secure?
    Within 48 hours upon receipt of the package, NEJB will contact the client to schedule a video conference call with the client where the package will be opened, and the conference recorded. In the event the client is unable or unwilling to participate in a video conference call, the package will be opened under video surveillance. We have Central Alarm Station Video Monitoring 24/7.
  • What happens if my package gets lost?
    We provide a safe and secure shipping method with insurance to our clients in every transaction, up to $1000. For any package over the client’s stated value of $1000, the Client must call 1-866-2-Barry-1 (1-866-222-7791) or send an email to FastCash@National EstateJewelers.com and request a higher insurance value. For packages valued over $1000, our firm will provide a double box.
  • What if I am not happy with the offer?
    The client shall have 48 hours upon receipt of the offer to reject said offer. If the amount offered by our firm is not accepted, and an agreeable price cannot be negotiated the merchandise will be returned to the Client, at our expense.
  • How much will I have to pay for shipping?
    Shipping is FREE. We will provide all the information that you will need in your Fast Cash Package, which comes with a pre-paid shipping label.
  • What kind of items do you buy?
    We buy diamonds, gold, platinum, silver, watches, and coins.
